2- Instructions for Booking Calls: :

  • You can book the call for the same day at any time throughout the day.
  • Calls are scheduled from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM daily (Egypt and Jordan time, GMT+3).
  • If there are no appointments, please follow the site so that other appointments are opened as soon as possible.
  • After booking the session, you will receive an email with the link to enter the session before its scheduled time.
  • You can divide the minutes as you prefer; there are no fixed schedules during the day or week. Simply choose the day you want to practice the language and book a suitable slot from the available appointments for that day.
  • The duration of each call is 40-50 minutes. If you prefer a shorter duration, you can specify the desired time in the “notes” section during booking. The minimum duration allowed is 25 minutes.
  • If you want a longer duration, you can book two consecutive slots with a difference of 45 or 50 minutes between them (e.g., appointments at 10:00 and 10:50).
  • If the booked call is not attended or is canceled or rescheduling less than half an hour before the call time, 15 minutes will be deducted from your available minutes, or the entire session will be deducted in the case of the IELTS or Kids program.
  • IELTS Speaking and Kids program appointments are opened weekly. You can choose the suitable time for you no later than the day before the session.

3- Minutes Rollover Policy:

  • When your subscription period ends without consuming all the minutes, you must renew your subscription within three months from the expiration date to be able to rollover the remaining minutes as follows:
  • If you are subscribed to the 120-minute package, you can rollover the remaining minutes by renewing the same package or a larger one.
  • For packages with 180 minutes, 280 minutes, 420 minutes, or 600 minutes, you can rollover the remaining minutes by subscribing to the 180-minute package or any larger package.
  • For packages with 1000 minutes or more, you can rollover the remaining minutes by subscribing to the 280-minute package or any larger package.

4- Job Market Preparation Program :

  •  Session Schedule: There is a fixed number of sessions per week, with a maximum of one session per day and three sessions per week. Each session lasts 30 minutes.
  • Session Attendance: If you miss any sessions during the week or are late by more than 5 minutes without notifying us or freezing your account, those sessions cannot be carried over to the following week.
  • Program Duration: The program duration is 3 months, starting from the date of subscription.
  • Freezing Sessions: You can freeze your account a maximum of two times per subscription, with a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 2 months in total.
  • Subscription Start Date: Your subscription will start automatically on the day after payment. If you want to postpone the start date, please contact us through our Facebook page or email at Support@gotalky.net.
  • Refund Policy:You can get a full refund if you do not use the subscription at all within the 3-month period. If the 3 months have passed without using the subscription, you can get a 60% refund.
  • You can get a 90% refund within the first week of your subscription.
  • You can get a 70% refund within the second week of your subscription.
  • No refunds are allowed after two weeks from the subscription date.
  • No partial refunds are allowed after the program end date, except in the case of non-usage of the program.

5- General rules:

  • The duration of all IELTS Speaking Program and Kids Program packages is two months from the date of enrollment.
  • Subscription suspension is allowed for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 2 months (you can freeze the subscription twice per subscription).
  • Subscription cancellation and refund are only possible if you have not started using the minutes.
