– The schedule for the week will be available starting from Saturday at 2:00 PM Egypt time.

–  Session Schedule: There is a fixed number of sessions per week, with a maximum of one session per day and three sessions per week. Each session lasts 30 minutes.

– Session Attendance: If you miss any sessions during the week or are late by more than 5 minutes without notifying us or freezing your account, those sessions cannot be carried over to the following week.

– Program Duration: The program duration is 3 months, starting from the date of subscription.

– Freezing Sessions: You can freeze your account a maximum of two times per subscription, with a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 2 months in total.

– Subscription Start Date: Your subscription will start automatically on the day after payment. If you want to postpone the start date, please contact us through our Facebook page or email at Support@gotalky.net.

– Refund Policy:You can get a full refund if you do not use the subscription at all within the 3-month period. If the 3 months have passed without using the subscription, you can get a 60% refund.

– You can get a 90% refund within the first week of your subscription.

– You can get a 70% refund within the second week of your subscription.

– No refunds are allowed after two weeks from the subscription date.

– No partial refunds are allowed after the program end date, except in the case of non-usage of the program.
